Interview with Terry - Layaway Plan's Lead Vocalist and Guitarist (by kat)
Firstly, who's who and who plays what?
Terry lead vocals and guitar, Stacey guitar, Shredder bass, Al drums.
Any memorable/embarrassing moments on tour?
Toooo many to tell. One thing I'll never forget, is the stay at the ski lodge in Quebec, it was a crazy night filled with hide and seek and Kenny being Kenny. |
Who influenced you the most growing up as well as now?
Bands such as: Green Day, Face to Face, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Sick of it All, Strung Out, Field Day.
What's in whose CD player right now?
Well considering I'm doing this interview alone in front of my PC I'm not too sure about the other guys. But in my 5 disk changer, the new AFI, as well as Saves the day and The Get Up Kids. |

Did you always want to be musicians or did you have something else in mind before, or even now?
I think we all knew a long time ago that we wanted to rock!
What would you suggest to someone interested in the music business?
Give it your best and DON'T GIVE UP! |
Would you be able to give me one or two words that best describes each one of you?
HAHAHAHAHA no.
You guys put on a really good show when I saw you here in Edmonton. What makes you stay so focused, yet loose enough to have a good time and get the crowd so worked up?
I think it's the knowing that we all love what were doing, and if the crowd is really into it, it’s really easy to stay focused on the music. It gets really easy to play when you're having fun.

What is everyone's status with girls??
I'm practically married, Stacey's seeing someone. Al gets shit on by girls all the time so he pretty much just stays away. And Shredder.... Well we left him in Calgary so he could go back up to Edmonton to chill with his new lady he met on this tour! HAHAA
